"Integrated Quality Monitoring".
The CFA is an integrated crimp force
analyzer developed according to the latest
findings. A refined 3-zone analysis ensures
excellent reliability in good/bad separation
and provides a detailed account of any
errors. |

experience in injection molding. With over
3000 mold configurations tooled and an in
house design and machine shop, Global has
the ability to give our customers almost any
mold design that they require. Our mold
compounds include but not limited to PVC,
EPDM, Nylon, and Santoprene.
Additionally, Global can design and
manufacture hard block connectors. Our
connectors are designed for many industries
with cost and reliability our main
objectives. |

| Dynamic
Electrical Assembly |

Every
wire harness manufactured by Global Harness
Systems, Inc. is tested by a dynamic
electrical test fixture. Fixtures are custom
designed to 100% scale of the original
harness design. Each circuit is checked for
continuity as well as correct location
within the harness.
Other available tests include : Resistance
testing, push-out probe, connector-seals,
and secondary locks.

Global
Harness Systems, Inc. uses state of the art
Komax 240 machines to cut and strip battery
cables from S.A.E. guages #6 thru 3/0. We
can process cables as long as 60ft. with
center strip capability thru the entire
length.
Additionally we can cut and strip
automatically multi-conductor cords. |

Our Cable Division produces a wide array
of custom designed cable assemblies for many
different industries. At Global we take
pride in using only the highest quality
materials in the manufacture of our cables.
Our terminals are stamped on progressive
dies in house, out of solid copper or solid
brass. Additionally all of our casts are
made of solid lead to ensure proper
conductivity. Maintenance free battery
cables are also standard in our line of
products. |
